Wendy Lam
Chief Executive Officer

Experienced leader with technology background with more than 20 years from major international and listed industrial companies, including Baker Hughes, Rolls-Royce, and GE. Wendy has a proven track record of driving growth, developing strategic partnerships, and commercializing new technologies worldwide. Wendy holds a mechanical and industrial engineering degree from the Universities of Waterloo and Toronto and an MBA from INSEAD / Wharton.

Jacob Zeno Clausen Krøvel
Senior Vice President Investment and Strategy

Jacob brings over a decade of experience from various disciplines in finance from Deloitte, Arctic Asset Management, as CFO at a subdivision of Norsk Gjenvinning and most recently from the position as Head of Investor Relations at the Norwegian technology provider Volue. Jacob holds an MSc in Applied Economics and Finance from Copenhagen Business School (CBS) and completed an exchange at Erasmus University Rotterdam.

Ingar Bergh
Chief Financial Officer

Ingar brings over 15 years of experience as an advisor and executive in the energy and shipping sectors, working with the development, funding, and commercialization of large energy infrastructure projects based on novel technology. Prior to joining Capsol, he worked with Global LNG Services, Marsoft, DNV and Green Reefers. Ingar holds a master’s degree in science in supply chain management and an MBA in Finance.

Cato Christiansen
Chief Technology Officer

Mechanical engineer (PhD) with more than 20 years’ experience within the energy sector, specializing in CCS, including planning and operation of Technology Centre Mongstad (TCM) and the Norwegian industrial CCS demonstration project “Longship, working for the Norwegian Ministry of Petroleum and Energy. Cato is a former director of the program board for CLIMIT, Norway’s national program for research, development, and demonstration of CCS technology.

Johan Jungholm
Chief Business Development Officer

Johan has over 15 years of experience in B2B complex technical sales, marketing, and business development, as well as a long track record and expertise in the complexities surrounding both public and private project management, procurement, and other commercial drivers in major global projects. Johan holds a bachelor's with a double major in Geology and Environmental Science from the University of Pennsylvania.

Philipp Staggat
Chief Product Officer

Philipp brings more than 10 years of experience from technical and commercial roles. Prior to joining Capsol, Philipp was lead commissioning engineer for heavy-duty rotating equipment at Siemens AG, commissioning power plants in Europe, the US, South Korea, Malaysia, and the Middle East. Philipp holds both a Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering from the Berliner Hochschule für Technik (BHT) and an MBA with Distinction from the London Business School.

Sam Thivolle
Chief Delivery Officer

Thivolle has valuable experience from pioneering efforts in carbon capture and storage as CCS Director at Noble Corporation, as well as two decades of experience within the upstream oil and gas sector, primarily at ExxonMobil. He holds master’s degrees in petroleum engineering & economics from Texas A&M University and has also completed an MBA at INSEAD.

Robin Bodtmann
Managing Director, Americas

30+ years of experience in the energy industry. Strong background in delivering EPC projects and engineering services globally. Founded the first US Offshore Wind Transportation and Installation Company, focused on custom vessel designs. Held senior positions at Wood Group, Amec, and Air Liquide. BS in Biological Sciences, UNC Chapel Hill. BS in Construction Management, East Carolina University. MBA, Rice University.
