Introduction

Capsol Technologies is a corporation established in Norway with registered office at Madserud Allé 2, 0274 Oslo.

We are committed to protecting your personal data, being transparent about our collection and use of your personal data, and respecting your privacy.

This Privacy Policy describes our practices in connection with information that we collect through websites operated by us from which you are accessing this Privacy Policy (the “Websites”), through the software applications made available by us for use on or through computers and mobile devices (the “Apps”), and through our social media sites including, Twitter, LinkedIn and YouTube (collectively, our “Social Media Pages”) as well as through email messages that we send to you that link to this Privacy Policy (collectively, including the Websites, the Apps and our Social Media Pages, the “Services”).

 

What types of personal data do we collect?

“Personal Data” is any information that identifies an individual or can be used to help identify an individual; including,

In addition you may give us personal data including; personal description, interests in the topics we cover and products that we provide, employment information for recruitment - job title, company name, work contact details and previous roles.

We only ever collect the personal data that we need from you and keep the personal data we hold on an ongoing basis to a minimum.

We collect and process your personal data when you engage with us for the provision of our products and services, when you use our site, when you request additional information about us or our product, email us through our contact form, or when you apply for career opportunities with Capsol Technologies AS. What if I am applying for a job at Capsol Technologies?

If you apply for an advertised position at Capsol Technologies, we will use the information you send us to assess your application. We may process information about you to assess your suitability for work and to determine whom we offer an employment contract to.

If you are unsuccessful in your application, we delete your data after a period of six months. Sometimes, we may ask your permission to retain your details on file for a longer period.

We may engage with third parties, such as recruitment agencies, to manage our recruitment needs. Their privacy policy will be available on their own website. Please check for details.

 

What about privacy on other sites?

This Privacy Policy does not address, and we are not responsible for, the privacy, information or other practices of any third parties, including any third party operating any website or service to which the Services link. The inclusion of a link on the Services does not imply endorsement of the linked site or service by us or by our affiliates.

In addition, we are not responsible for the information collection, use, disclosure or security policies or practices of other organizations, such as Twitter, YouTube, LinkedIn, any other app developer, app provider, social media platform provider, operating system provider, wireless service provider or device manufacturer, including with respect to any Personal Data you disclose to other organizations through or in connection with the Apps or our Social Media Pages.

 

Use of Services by minors

The Services are not directed to individuals under the age of eighteen (18), and we do not knowingly collect Personal Data from individuals under 18.
