We are strengthening our finance team and are looking for a highly analytical and commercially minded Corporate Finance Analyst to play a key role at the intersection of strategy, financial reporting, performance management, and transactions.Â
As a Corporate Finance Analyst at Capsol Technologies ASA, a publicly listed company, you will work closely with the CFO and SVP Investment & Strategy, supporting senior decision-making across the organization. You will take a leading role in financial modeling, forecasting, and performance analysis, while contributing to capital markets, reporting, and transaction-related processes in a listed-company environment.Â
The position reports to the SVP Investment & Strategy and is located at our headquarters in Oslo.Â
Key responsibilitiesÂ
- Own and develop financial models, forecasts, budgets, and long-term financial plansÂ
- Act as a key FP&A partner to senior management and department heads, providing insights that support aligned, data-driven decision-making across the organizationÂ
- Analyze company performance, profitability, and key financial metrics, identifying risks, opportunities, and value driversÂ
- Lead scenario analysis and business case development for strategic and operational decisionsÂ
- Support and participate in M&A, investment, and transaction processes, including valuation, due diligence, and financial analysisÂ
- Prepare high-quality financial reports and presentations for the Executive Management Team, Board of Directors, and capital markets–related forumsÂ
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and contribute to the development of best-in-class financial planning and reporting practicesÂ
- Support financial analysis and preparation related to quarterly and annual reporting, earnings releases, and presentations to the Board and external stakeholdersÂ
- Contribute to maintaining high-quality financial information in line with the requirements of a publicly listed company, including consistency across internal management reporting and external disclosuresÂ
- Support capital markets–related activities, including analysis for equity financing, investor communications, and strategic announcements, as relevantÂ
- Support ad hoc strategic and financial projects as requiredÂ

QualificationsÂ
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related fieldÂ
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience from investment banking, consulting, private equity, corporate finance, or the energy industryÂ
- Strong proficiency in financial modeling, forecasting, and valuationÂ
- Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skillsÂ
- Solid understanding of financial statements, accounting principles, and corporate finance conceptsÂ
- Ability to structure complex problems and communicate insights clearly to non-financial stakeholdersÂ
- Comfortable working independently in a fast-paced, high-expectation environmentÂ
