Previously, Bazilian was Lead Energy Specialist at the World Bank, a senior diplomat at the United Nations and the EU’s lead negotiator on technology at the UN climate negotiations. He is also a member of Ireland’s Climate Change Council. Bazilian holds a Ph.D in energy systems.Â

Experienced energy sector executive leader in new business planning/development and general management. Expertise in strategy implementation, corporate and asset evaluation, valuation, and transaction execution. Co-founder of two private equity-backed companies. Experience as a Company Director, operating at Board / Institutional Investor level for statutory reporting and interfacing with Regulators.

Markus Karbach
Regional Director for Clean Technologies at Munters in Europe and Managing Director of several sites in Munters. Highly experienced in running businesses in the industrial sector globally, especially in emission abatement and electronics. Also experienced in general management, strategy development and implementation, business transformations and technology development.

Jan Kielland
Former CEO of Capsol Technologies. More than 40 years’ experience working with and holding management and board positions in companies within the energy sector, such as Shell International Petroleum Maatschappij, followed by SAGA Petroleum ASA, DNO ASA, Lundin Petroleum, Sector Asset Management, Canamens Limited, Panoro Energy ASA and Clean Carbon Group ASA. MSc in Petroleum Engineering.Â
