Human rights is embedded in our compliance program

Capsol has made a commitment to respecting internationally recognized human and labor rights throughout our own operations, as well as in our supply chain. Respecting human rights is fundamental to sound risk management and Capsol’s value creation. We value our good relations with employees and their organizations and engage with them frequently.

The Whistleblowing channel

Capsol is committed to fostering an internal and external openness culture, where concerns are addressed and resolved effectively. Therefore, employees, partners, and stakeholders are encouraged to report any potential problems or suspected violations of regulations or company guidelines.

To support this commitment, the company has established a whistleblowing channel that allows employees, partners, and stakeholders to report concerns or suspected violations. Employees are advised to use the company's internal reporting lines unless they prefer to remain anonymous.

 All reports submitted through the whistleblowing channel will be received directly and exclusively by CMS Kluge Advokatfirma and processed according to the following guidelines:

• CMS Kluge Advokatfirma will conduct a preliminary review to evaluate the nature and severity of the report.
• CMS Kluge Advokatfirma will inform the relevant individuals within the company, ensuring that only those necessary to handle the case are involved.
• The company will consult CMS Kluge Advokatfirma to determine the appropriate course of action and take necessary steps to address the matter.
• Every report will be handled strictly confidentially and professionally, by applicable regulations and company policies.
• CMS Kluge Advokatfirma is bound by attorney-client confidentiality and will protect your identity.

Anonymous reports are secure, and the sender's identity cannot be traced. However, anonymity may limit the company’s ability to investigate the matter thoroughly or request additional information. In many cases, follow-up depends on access to further details. If you wish to remain anonymous but maintain communication, you may provide contact details while specifying that you want to keep your identity confidential.
