Capsol Technologies secures additional Green Loan Facility from DNB

 
Capsol Technologies, a leading provider of carbon capture technology, has entered into a loan agreement with DNB, securing an additional EUR 2.6 million (about NOK 30 million) under the bank’s green loan framework.

The loan qualifies as a “green loan” under DNB’s Sustainable Product Framework. This framework ensures that proceeds are directed toward projects with positive environmental impact, including technologies that enable industrial decarbonization. 

As communicated in the Q1 2025 report, Capsol's carbon capture technologies have received significant validation following recent milestones, effectively broadening the range of opportunities for collaboration and growth paths. To further accelerate market deployment, the company has engaged Pareto Securities to advance ongoing discussions with potential strategic partners and review growth financing options. The initiative forms part of Capsol's long-term strategy for growth and value creation.
